Green River Dance for Global Somatics is an educational and research center that offers Body-Mind Centering' classes for adults and children, Global Somatics' Practitioner Training, and private bodywork and movement re-patterning sessions, and performances.
GRDGS engages, educates and inspires people to move, dance, touch, sing and live consciously in the Natural Body. It serves as a research center for the Natural Body, which formalizes and articulates the study of the body's cells, systems, movement patterns and vibrational field through experiential and holistic means. |
